Warranty

Everything electronic we sell is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. That's on top of your right to return an item within 30 days for any reason at all.

What's covered

A fault that comes from how the product was made, appearing in normal use within 12 months of delivery. In practice that means:

• The sunrise alarm clock, the white noise machine and the diffuser — if the light, the sound, the timer or the mist stops working properly
• Anything that arrives broken, incomplete or not what you ordered
• Seams, stitching and fastenings that fail on the blanket, the mask or the glasses under normal use

What isn't

We'd rather be clear now than argue later.

• Normal wear. Fabric softening, small marks, elastic relaxing over a year of nightly use.
• Accidents and misuse. Drops, water where water shouldn't be, running the diffuser dry, machine-washing something that says spot clean.
• Consumables. Candles, essential oils and the magnesium spray are meant to be used up.
• Items bought somewhere other than this website. We can only stand behind what we sold you.

How to claim

Write to Contact Us with your order number, a sentence about what's happening, and a photo or short video if the fault is visible. The video helps more than you'd think with anything involving light or sound.

We aim to answer within one business day. If it's a defect, you choose: a replacement or a full refund. You won't pay return shipping, and in most cases we won't ask you to send the item back at all.

Your legal rights

This warranty is something we offer on top of the law, not instead of it. It doesn't limit any rights you have as a consumer under applicable US federal or state law.
