Order Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email the moment it leaves the warehouse. If you can't find it, here's how to get to it another way — and what the tracking is actually telling you.

Three ways to find your tracking

  • Your shipping confirmation email. Sent when the parcel is dispatched, not when you order. Check promotions and spam if it isn't in your inbox.
  • Your account. Sign in and open the order — the tracking sits on the order page.
  • Ask us. Send your order number to Contact Us and we'll look it up.

Why your tracking might not be moving

This is the question we get most, so here is the honest answer.

A tracking number is created when the label is printed, which can be a day or two before the parcel is physically collected. In that window the link exists but shows nothing useful. It's the most common reason people think an order is stuck when it isn't.

Once it's moving, expect long gaps between scans rather than a live map. A parcel can go several days without a new update and still be entirely on schedule.

The timeline

  • 1–2 business days — preparing your order
  • 7–14 business days — in transit to you

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods add time.

When to worry

Write to us if your tracking hasn't updated in more than seven days, or if it says delivered and nothing arrived.

We'll chase it with the carrier. If it's genuinely lost, we resend or refund you — you won't be asked to wait indefinitely or to argue the case.

Nothing to pay on delivery

The price at checkout is the final price. Duties are already covered, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. If anyone asks you for money on delivery, don't pay it — tell us instead.
