Our Philosophy

Most sleep brands sell urgency. Fix your sleep, optimise your recovery, unlock your potential. We find that exhausting, which seems like the wrong effect for a company that sells rest.
These are the four ideas everything here is built on.
The evening decides the day
You cannot fix a morning at seven in the morning. By then the outcome was settled hours earlier, in a room, with a light on.
This is why our collection is arranged as a sequence rather than a shop. Preparation, Deep Sleep, Awaking — an evening, a night, a morning. The order is the product.
Light before everything
If we could only give you one thing, it would not be an object. It would be the instruction to turn off the ceiling light an hour before bed.
Light is the loudest signal your body clock receives. Almost everything else — scent, sound, weight, temperature — is refinement on top of that one decision. We say this even though it costs us a sale, because a customer who fixes their lighting and buys nothing is still someone we've helped.
Fewer things, chosen properly, used in the right order.
A ritual beats a purchase
An object bought once and used badly changes nothing. The same object, used at the same time every night, becomes a cue — and cues are what your body actually responds to.
This is why we talk about routines rather than products. The diffuser doesn't make you sleepy. The diffuser at half past nine, every night for three weeks, starts to.
Nothing that shouts
Your bedroom is the last room you see and the first one you wake up in. It should not contain anything that demands attention — no logos across the pillow, no glowing screens, no device that needs managing.
We design for the object you stop noticing. That's also why you won't find countdown timers, invented discounts or claims about percentages of people on this website. If something works, we'll explain how. If we don't know, we'll say so.
What follows from all this
A small collection instead of a large one. Language that explains instead of pressuring. And the assumption that you are perfectly capable of deciding what your own evening needs.
