Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
1–2 business days to prepare, then 7–14 business days in transit. Estimates, not guarantees — busy periods add time. Full detail on Shipping.
Where is my tracking?
It's emailed when the parcel is dispatched, not when you order. If the link exists but shows nothing, the label has been printed and the parcel hasn't been collected yet — give it a day or two. More on Order Tracking.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We're working on opening more countries — write to us and we'll tell you when we reach yours.
Will I have to pay anything on delivery?
No. The price at checkout is the final price and duties are already covered. If anyone asks you for money on delivery, don't pay — tell us.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If it hasn't shipped, yes. Write to us immediately with your order number. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery. There's no federal right of return in the US, so this is our own promise rather than a legal minimum.
What can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons: earplugs and sleep masks once the seal is broken, and essential oils once opened. If any of those arrive faulty, that's different — see below.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Send us a photo within 30 days. We replace it or refund you in full, you don't pay return shipping, and in most cases we won't ask you to send anything back.
When do I get my money back?
We process the refund as soon as the return is approved. Your bank then takes its own time — usually 3–10 business days for the money to appear.
Products
How do I choose between the three rituals?
Preparation is for switching the day off. Deep Sleep is for staying asleep once you're there. Awaking is for the morning. If you're not sure, start with whichever part of your night is worst — and if that's falling asleep, start with Preparation and with your lighting.
Do these products actually work?
Some of the science is strong and some of it isn't, and we tell you which is which on Our Research. Short version: light, darkness, noise and temperature are well supported. Scent works as a learned cue, not as a sedative. We won't claim more than that.
Can I mix colours or scents in a set?
Yes. Sets of two masks, three oils or three candles can each be a different colour or scent — you pick them individually and the discount applies automatically.
What plug do the electrical items use?
US plug. It's the only version we sell, so there's nothing to choose and no adapter needed.
Payment & account
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to find your orders and tracking later.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
